In 1986, James led the congregation to relocate to 1023 Pinemont Drive where they purchased larger facilities to accommodate rapid growth. During this time the church’s name was changed to The Community Of Faith Church (COF). He led the acquisition of 22.6 acres of land and in 1997 construction began on a state of the art 6.5 million dollar worship and ministry center. In 1999, the congregation entered the new edifice which is called The King’s Dome. James led the growth of the COF congregation from 150 to 3,000 current Visioneers (members).
